Strong brass covered rope
Flexible brass coated steel wire rope from STANKE has undergone brass process which consists of applying a thin layer of brass (copper and zinc alloy) to steel. This is a popular method of galvanizing steel, where rope’s colour changes and it is protected from the effects of external factors.
Additionally, the rope is covered with a transparent PVC coating. Please note, that its presence does not affect the strength of the rope. The sole purpose of the PVC sheathing is to protect the rope and its user.

Thin layer of brass and PVC sheath protects the rope from damage and rust. This makes it more durable and provides a longer life. In addition, soft PVC coating facilitates the use of rope and protects the user from accidental injury.
Applied copper and zinc ratio (the copper content should not be less than 65%) gives a certain colour to the rope and changes its properties. Brass coated steel wire rope from Stanke is not only durable and corrosion resistant, but it is also used as a decorative element, for example in finishing or industrial-style interior decorating.
